Every first Monday of the month, you are welcome at Clublokaal for a (free) vegan meal, where we discuss what we are currently working on.
The café will be open from 14:00 to 16:30 for quiet reading together. Bring along a book that gives you hope, or simply one you enjoy spending time with, have a cup of coffee or tea, and read at your own pace.
At 16:30, we’ll discuss the books we’re reading. This time, we'll do a book swap! So bring a book that you like and swap it with someone else's.
The reading café is hosted by Clublokaal volunteer Maria Esteves.

At the invitation of BredaPhoto, FOTODOK is bringing the group exhibition A Spell Bundle – Manifesting Queer Futurity to Clublokaal as part of the festival. The exhibition is curated by Daria Tuminas and brings together work by five artists: Donja Nasseri / Ebun Sodipo / Julius Thissen / Nayara Leite / S*an D. Henry-Smith.

Come and spend an afternoon crafting with your child, babysitting child, grandchild, godchild, nephew, sister, … centered around the theme ‘adventure’! Esther, a volunteer at Breda Internationals, is organizing the first kids’ craft café this coming Friday at Clublokaal. An afternoon to meet other parents/caregivers and children and create something beautiful together. For both international and Dutch children.
Vegan snacks and craft supplies will be provided!
Written or seen something you liked, a presentation you want to practice, a song you want to sing? Come recite it during the Story and Storytelling Theatre with Stichting Tientjes! Every first Friday of the month.
